Muljat CRM — Strategic Review

The Review Checklist covers the UI punch list from the meeting — fix the deal card, clean the dashboard, purge tasks. This page covers what's bigger than the punch list: the things that quietly decide whether a July 1 cutover succeeds and whether this becomes the operating system for the brokerage. Grouped by what to verify before launch, what hasn't been reviewed at all, the operational glue, and the strategic roadmap.
Why this matters: everything on the main checklist is table stakes — necessary, but it just gets the CRM to "works as well as LeadSimple." The items below are where it either earns trust on day one or loses it.

The strategic question underneath all of it

This stopped being a "LeadSimple replacement" a while ago. With Properties, the LOI Builder, Lease Abstracts, Comps, Deal Rooms, and the BellinghamCRE database feeding in, it's becoming the operating system for the whole brokerage. Worth deciding deliberately: what else collapses into this — Ninety.io, Dropbox, Mailchimp, the calendar, the standalone BellinghamCRE site? Every system you consolidate is one less login and one more place the data talks to itself — exactly the "everything connects" point from the deal-card review.
