Confirmed live today. Robert did a lot — the two biggest June 12 blockers (the deal card and the action-plan mess) are largely resolved.
| Area | What's now working |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | ✅ Simplified: clean "Good morning" header, new Quick Access row, KPI tiles reworked (Win Rate & Tours Booked removed, Commission Pipeline added), "Tasks" renamed with 14-day view |
| Navigation | ✅ Sales · Leasing · Biz Dev · Leads split out per 6/12; Columns (hide) button added |
| Deal card | ✅ Rebuilt: working Note/Call/Email/Meeting/Task tabs, a change-stage dropdown, a Commission panel with Lead/Co-list/House splits, LOI Builder wired to the deal, Deal Room, Send OM, Delete/Duplicate, Property panel |
| Spaces (foundation) | ✅ A Spaces section on the deal card ("add suites to break this building into leasable units") and "+ space" on board cards |
| Action plans | ✅ Purged to 22 clean [AP2026] templates (from 36); the empty "(copy)" duplicates gone; 17 runs logged |
| Lease abstracts (UI) | 🟡 Added the "link this lease to a Property + Suite" bar so a new abstract can auto-file to a space; upload-and-distill entry point present |
| Task | Why it's MVP |
|---|---|
| ✅ Clean slate stood up at demo.creproperty.com (empty & functional) | Removes the #1 blocker; confirm demo.* vs creproperty.com as the live system |
| Fix lease-abstract expiration population — abstracts must output real end dates that feed the Renewal Radar | The core "when does it expire" value is broken |
| Fix false-overdue tasks — correct date handling on action-plan steps | Task list & email digests are noise until fixed |
| Commission calculator: produce the correct number when a deal value + % are entered | Commission pipeline KPI must be trustworthy |
| Correct pipeline stages per module (remove stray "Buyer Shopping" from Leasing) | Clean daily workflow |
| Finish basic add-a-space on a deal/property (create a suite, set SF + status) | Multi-space listings are core to leasing |
| Confirm every team login works and shows the identical dashboard | The team can't run on it otherwise |
| Dedupe the few remaining duplicate action-plan templates (two "Analyze", etc.) | Polish; quick |
| Task | Owner |
|---|---|
| Enter your real active deals — with values & commissions — and delete the demo cards you spot | Every broker |
| Dogfood the lease-abstract pipeline: upload 2–3 real leases, verify the abstract + expiration date come out right; log what's wrong | Megan / Sarah |
| Work the leasing board daily — try the spaces / add-a-space — and log every bug for Robert | Everyone |
| Draw the line: sign off on this MVP scope (must-have vs. v1.1) so it doesn't slip again | Troy |
| Verify each person's login + dashboard before launch — don't discover it live | Troy / Haley |
| Run the weekly meeting from the CRM scorecard (retire the Ninety habit) | Team |
| Go/no-go review ~July 28 against the must-have list | Troy |
| July 31: stop creating anything in LeadSimple | Everyone |
| Week | Focus |
|---|---|
| Jul 2–6 | Data purge (Robert) + team starts deleting demo cards and entering real deals. Fix expiration population + false-overdue tasks. |
| Jul 7–13 | Team enters the full real book; dogfood lease-abstract uploads; commission calc verified; stages cleaned; logins confirmed. |
| Jul 14–20 | Run real deals natively; add-a-space tested; bug list worked down; weekly meeting run from the CRM. |
| Jul 21–27 | Stabilize; final data reconciliation vs LeadSimple; punch-list cleanup. |
| Jul 28 | Go / no-go against the must-have list. |
| Jul 31 | MVP LAUNCH — Muljat CRM is the system of record; LeadSimple read-only. |
Yes — because what's left is mostly cleanup, not construction. The deal card, dashboard, nav, action plans, and the spaces foundation all shipped since June 12. The remaining MVP work is dominated by one data purge and two data-population fixes (lease-abstract expirations, task dates), plus the team doing the un-glamorous work of entering real deals and deleting demo records.
The data clear (committed July 2) is the single biggest de-risker — it removes the #1 blocker and resets the abstract/task data. That leaves essentially one real build/verify item (lease-abstract dates on fresh uploads) plus the team living in the system and shaking out bugs — exactly the "try to break it" plan, four weeks later. Hold the line on MVP scope (defer stacking plans, full abstract depth, and the break-out workflows to v1.1) and July 31 holds. See the Change Log & History → for the full timeline.
